Many different professions in the world are very concerned about public image. Companies pay millions of dollars each year to protect their public image, why because they believe it's directly connected to profits. Your church is no exception. We can learn from the world without being worldly ourselves. In your case it's about using a language that the world understands in order to reach the world with the Gospel.

For example, maybe you are a new pastor in an older established church. Weather the previous pastor was well received or not, you can't expect the community not to be somewhat hesitant, if not a little suspicious of you being able to meet their expectations. There is nothing unusual about that. You know that you must quickly and positively build a reputation that can put away those fears if your church is to continue, if not grow. Building your media ministry is a good way to showcase your assets.

Habakkuk 2:2 (King James Version)
"And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it."

Keeping your ministries vision in public view is so important in a day like ours. It's so easy to get confused when two different groups can say the same thing, with totally different meanings behind their words. That's why it is so important to communicate what you do and don't stand for in order to draw like minded people to your cause. Here at Upon This Rock Productions we can coach and facilitate the process of elevating your Visual Profile in a way that gets your church or ministry noticed in a positive way.
